    Charm

    OWNER/OPERATOR

    Charm has been dog grooming in Gladstone for over 15 years and opened Charms Canine Cottage in 2016 as a place for dogs, their owners and our staff to feel welcomed and more at home.

    Dave

    SENIOR GROOMING TECHNICIAN

    Dave has owned two dog grooming businesses, one here in Gladstone and another in California, USA. He specialises in difficult/older dogs, hand scissoring and, if he can’t get your dog’s nails clipped, no one can.

    Kyra

    GROOMER

    Kyra joined us in 2021 as our first ever Trainee, completing her Certificate II in Animal Studies. Not only is she an excellent groomer, but she’s a great mentor for our newest team members.

    Aida

    TRAINEE GROOMER

    Aida’s our youngest trainee, working towards her Cert III in Animal Care Services. She’s an aspiring Veterinarian so working with us is one of her many stepping stones towards this.

    Kate’s our newest trainee, studying a Cert III in Animal Care Services. She came to us as a volunteer for a few Saturdays and loved it so much that she’s continuing her education with us.
